That’s exactly what we used to do… until we discovered a different way to travel.
Back in 2018, we took our first “big” trip which was 3.5 weeks in Thailand. It was incredible… but also booked entirely by a travel agent. While we were there, I realised how much extra we’d paid compared to local prices. I was gobsmacked.
When we got home, we knew we wanted to travel more often but not at those prices. I even trained as a travel agent to try to find deals…
Spoiler: it was exhausting, time-consuming, and honestly didn’t save me much at all.
We’re Not Travel Agents (and That’s the Point)
So, being a travel agent didn’t save us the kind of money we hoped it would but I knew there must be something else and luckily I found it!
I discovered an independent travel membership model that gives everyday families access to wholesale travel rates.
